Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival In Kathmandu

Arrive at Kathmandu International Airport (KTM). Then our representative pick you up and take you to the hotel and take a rest.

Day 2 : Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour and Briefing Day and Preparation of Expedition

Kathmandu has a special atmosphere during the early morning hours when the city is slowly coming to life yet not too chaotic. It's a great time to walk and explore the streets or have a chai overlooking one of the local courtyards or durbar squares. There are a number of ways you can spend the day given the many incredible sights around the Kathmandu Valley. Later in the evening, head out for dinner at one of the city's great eateries, or your specialist can arrange a home-cooked dinner with a local family. Our will explain about the expedition and we can ask anything about the expedition. Prepare your self, snack and physic. Take a rest, and get ready for tomorrow.

Day 3 : Flight To Lukla – Trek To Phakding | 2.610 m | 3-4 Hours

We will have flight from Kathmandu to Lukla takes 45 minutes and is an adventure in itself with great views of the Everest region and ending with a hair-raising landing on a steep mountain runway. After meeting our crew, we will start our trek by heading up the Dudh Koshi Valley on a well- marked trail to Phakding.

Day 4 : Trek To Namche Bazaar | 3.450 m | 6 - 7 Hours

After breakfast, we will start trekking. We cross and re-cross the river on high suspension bridges. Beyond Monjo is the entrance to the Sagarmatha National Park. We then ascend steeply to Namche and along the way, if the weather permits, catch the first glimpse of Mt Everest. Namche Bazaar is the main trading village in Khumbu and has a busy Saturday market. You can enjoy a glass of coffee or tea, with the view.

Day 5 : Acclimatisation In Namche | 3.438 m | Rest Day

Today is a rest day in Namche, hike to Everest View Hotel, visit Khumjung Village Hillary School Sagarmatha National Park. Namche is located between two ridges and has lots of lodges, tea shops and souvenir shops. Today we will trek up to the Everest View Hotel at 3880m for our first view of Ama Dablam and Mount Everest.

Day 6 : Trek to Tengboche | 3,950 m | 5-6 hours

In the morning, we trek to Phortse. Phortse is a village located at 3840 m in the Khumbu Valley in Nepal. This is a main track circuit and therefore looks more like a real Sherpa village.

Day 7 : Tengboche to Pheriche | 4,288m | 5 – 6 hours

Today we will trek to Periche. First, we hike to another village called Pangboche on our way to Pheriche. Pangboche is a scenic village surrounded by Everest to its north, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Kangtaiga to the east, the Kongde range to the south and the Imja Tse River flowing through the wide fertile valley. From here, we continue further up towards Pheriche. Arrive in Pheriche, we will take a rest and overnight

Day 8 : Pheriche to Lobuche | 4,570m | 6-7 hours

After breakfast, we walk through the valley and enjoy the view along the trekking. We ascend the Dugla Hill and have lunch there. The trail will be more challenging because it’s steeper and hike beside the moraine glacier. Then we arrive in Lobuche, where there are some tea house seen. We spend the afternoon and do acclimatization.

Day 9 : Lobuche to Gorak Shep (via Everest Base Camp) | 5.180 m | 5-6 hours

Today we head to the higher place, Gorak Shep. Gorak Shep is the last pos to Everest Base Camp. We follow the moraine Glacier for reaching Gorak Shep. After ascending the last of the rocky moraine dunes, we will trek a short downhill to arrive at Gorak Shep. Arrive in Gorak Shep, we will take a rest and overnight. We have option to visit Everest Base Camp by trekking 1,5 – 2 hours.

Day 10 : Gorak Shep to Pumori Base Camp | 5.200 m | 5-6 hours

After breakfast, we start trekking to Pumori Base Camp. Our guide offers for having short trekking to Kala Pathar (5.545 m) for enjoying the amazing and up-close sunrise view over Everest 8848 m, Lhotse 8516 m, Makalu 8481 m, Cho Oyu 8201 m and other peaks. Arrive at Pumori Base Camp, our Sherpa will set up the camp immediately. Then we will take a rest.

Day 11 : Training Day at Pumori Base Camp

Today, we will learn and have a practice in using climbing gear such as the ice axe, climbing boots, crampons, harness, ascender, etc. Our guides will also provide and train about using ropes, boost our confidence and climbing skills. After that, we take a rest for next challenging days.

Day 12-28 : Summit Bid The Pumori Peak | 7.161 m

Our guide and Sherpa will always consider the weather to climb the Pumori Peak, in order to make our summit climbing run well. It’s so challenging, but when you reach the summit you will see the amazing scenery around, such as Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, Makalu, Nuptse and many more. Do not forget to bring your camera and take pictures. Then back to the base camp.

Day 28 : Pumori Base Camp to Lobuche | 7-8 hours

Today, we descend to Lobuche, through the same trail. We will break in Gorak Sheep for an hour and having lunch. Then continue to Lobuche. Arrive in Lobuche and take a rest.

Day 29 : Lobuche to Pangboche | 4,410 m | 8-9 hours

Today we descend back to Pangboche, through the Periche. When we head to Pheriche, we can enjoy the view of Ama Dablam Peak. Then we descend the trail through the valley that surrounded by rhododendron tree (in the spring season, we will see pink flower hanging on rhododendron tree. Arrive in Pangboche, we can also visit Pangboche Monastry.

Day 30 : Pangboche to Namche Bazaar| 3.450 m | 9-10 Hours

Today we descend back to the main Everest trail through Pangboche and the monastery at Tengboche. From Tengboche, we continue trekking to Namche Bazaar. Arrive in Namche Bazaar, we will stay overnight and take a rest.

Day 31 : Namche Bazaar to Lukla | 2,850 m | 5-6 hours

Our final day's trekking follows the Dudh Koshi back down to Lukla. This last evening in the mountains is the ideal opportunity for a farewell party with the Sherpa guides and porters, where you can look back on a memorable trekking experience.

Day 32 : Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu

After breakfast, we will fly from Lukla to Kathmandu. We will see the stunning view along the flight. Arrive in Kathmandu and it’s time to say goodbye
