Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival In Kathmandu

Arrive at Kathmandu International Airport (KTM). Then our representative pick you up and take you to the hotel and take a rest.

Day 2 : : Full Day Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour

Kathmandu has a special atmosphere during the early morning hours when the city is slowly coming to life yet not too chaotic. It's a great time to walk and explore the streets or have a chai overlooking one of the local courtyards or durbar squares. There are a number of ways you can spend the day given the many incredible sights around the Kathmandu Valley. Later in the evening, head out for dinner at one of the city's great eateries, or your specialist can arrange a home-cooked dinner with a local family.

Day 3 : Flight To Lukla – Trek To Phakding | 2.610 m | 3-4 Hours

We will have flight from Kathmandu to Lukla takes 45 minutes and is an adventure in itself with great views of the Everest region and ending with a hair-raising landing on a steep mountain runway. After meeting our crew, we will start our trek by heading up the Dudh Koshi Valley on a well- marked trail to Phakding.

Day 4 : Trek To Namche Bazaar | 3.450 m | 6 - 7 Hours

After breakfast, we will start trekking. We cross and re-cross the river on high suspension bridges. Beyond Monjo is the entrance to the Sagarmatha National Park. We then ascend steeply to Namche and along the way, if the weather permits, catch the first glimpse of Mt Everest. Namche Bazaar is the main trading village in Khumbu and has a busy Saturday market. You can enjoy a glass of coffee or tea, with the view.

Day 5 : Acclimatisation In Namche | 3.438 m | Rest Day

Today is a rest day in Namche, hike to Everest View Hotel, visit Khumjung Village Hillary School Sagarmatha National Park. Namche is located between two ridges and has lots of lodges, tea shops and souvenir shops. Today we will trek up to the Everest View Hotel at 3880m for our first view of Ama Dablam and Mount Everest.

Day 6 : Trek to Phortse | 3,950 m | 5-6 hours

In the morning, we trek to Phortse. Phortse is a village located at 3840 m in the Khumbu Valley in Nepal. This is a main track circuit and therefore looks more like a real Sherpa village.

Day 7 : Phortse to Pheriche | 4,288m | 5 – 6 hours

Today we will trek to Periche. First, we hike to another village called Pangboche on our way to Pheriche. Pangboche is a scenic village surrounded by Everest to its north, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Kangtaiga to the east, the Kongde range to the south and the Imja Tse River flowing through the wide fertile valley. From here, we continue further up towards Pheriche. Arrive in Pheriche, we will take a rest and overnight

Day 8 : Pheriche to Lobuche Base Camp | 4,570m | 6-7 hours

We take a long walk above the valley where Pheriche is positioned, with stunning views all around, a nice stroll gradually up hill to Dugla and our lunch stop. This hike gets us closer to Lobuche peak as it sits right in front of you for the whole day. The trail from Dugla starts steeply to climb up beside the glacier moraine. After a few hours the track eventually leads to a small cluster of tea houses pleasantly situated at Lobuche 4,920m/16,142 feet. We will spend the afternoon relaxing and continuing the process of slow acclimatization.

Day 9 : Rest Day at Lobuche Base Camp

We have free time for acclimatization at Lobuche Basecamp while enjoying great views of Ama Dablam, Cholatse, Pokalde, Thamserku, Kantega and other Himalayas.

Day 10 : Training Day at Lobuche Base Camp

Today, we will learn and have a practice in using climbing gear such as the ice axe, climbing boots, crampons, harness, ascender, etc. Our guides will also provide and train about using ropes, boost our confidence and climbing skills. After that, we take a rest for next challenging days.

Day 11 : Trek To High Camp on Lobuche East | 5,400 m | 3-4 hours

We move to the high camp, in order to shorten the trail to the summit tomorrow. We will through the rocky moraine and the view is so fantastic along the trek. Arrive in High Camp, we set up the camp and stay overnight and our guide will provide the energy and briefing for summiting tomorrow.

Day 12 : Summit Bid on Lobuche East & Return to Base Camp | 6,119 m | 8-10 hours

Today is the challenging day. We will start at 12 am and eat some meals before climb to the peak. We trek on rocky trail until 5.700 m, then climb the snowy trail, using rope for reaching the peak of Lobuche. Lobuche East offers the views of many mountain such as Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Cholatse, Pumori and many more. After taking pictures, we descend back to base camp. Arrive at Lobuche Base Camp, take a rest and overnight.

Day 13 : Contingency/reserve day

We have reserve day, in order to avoid the bad weather possibility.

Day 14 : Lobuche Base Camp to Pangboche | 4,410 m | 8-9 hours

Today we descend back to Pangboche, through the Periche. When we head to Pheriche, we can enjoy the view of Ama Dablam Peak. Then we descend the trail through the valley that surrounded by rhododendron tree (in the spring season, we will see pink flower hanging on rhododendron tree. Arrive in Pangboche, we can also visit Pangboche Monastry.

Day 15 : Pangboche to Namche Bazaar| 3.450 m | 9-10 Hours

Today we descend back to the main Everest trail through Pangboche and the monastery at Tengboche. From Tengboche, we continue trekking to Namche Bazaar. Arrive in Namche Bazaar, we will stay overnight and take a rest.

Day 16 : Namche Bazaar to Lukla | 2,850 m | 5-6 hours

Our final day's trekking follows the Dudh Koshi back down to Lukla. This last evening in the mountains is the ideal opportunity for a farewell party with the Sherpa guides and porters, where you can look back on a memorable trekking experience.

Day 17 : Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu

After breakfast, we will fly from Lukla to Kathmandu. We will see the stunning view along the flight. Arrive in Kathmandu and it’s time to say goodbye
