Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival at Kathmandu

Day 2 : Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla, Trek to Phakding | 2,610 m | 3 – 4 hours

After breakfast, we will take flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, which brings you to the start of your trek. Airports at high-altitude present dangers due to the effect that low air pressure has on the handling of an airplane. The airport is surrounded on all sides by steep, mountainous terrain. The short runway is perched on little more than a mountain shelf. During the flight you will see mountains and through the valleys, with great views of the Himalaya on clear days. Arrive in Lukla, you will then trek a short distance today through local villages where you'll likely encounter fellow trekkers, locals, and yaks with their tinkling bells. Continue through the Dudh Koshi Valley on a well-marked trail and we finally arrive and stay in Phakding.

Day 3 : Phakding to Namche Bazaar, Stay at Everest View Hotel | 4 – 5 hours

Day 4 : Enjoy Everest View Hotel (Free Program)
